ABOUT OUR LOGO
We needed a logo to represent our work. We reached out to our community and ran a logo contest.

This image represents both sides of our social enterprise:

The Thrift Shop (the clothes hanger)
The Food Bank (the ulu)
An ulu is a woman's knife with a curved blade used to cut fresh or frozen meat

Candis Sateana, from Rankin Inlet, submitted this design for our logo contest. She won a laptop for her winning submission.

THANK YOU TO GRAPHIC DESIGNER SHANE SMITH, FROM OTTAWA, WHO CREATED OUR LOGO FROM CANDIS' DESIGN.
